Heather Osborne serves as the Director of Global Event & Programming for NetDiligence’s five annual Cyber Risk Summit conferences in Philadelphia, Santa Monica, Toronto, London and Bermuda. In this role, Heather oversees and is directly involved in the development of program content, the selection of speakers and sponsors, and the marketing of these events.
In addition to her event responsibilities, Heather also serves in various capacities to support NetDiligence strategic alliances and clients. She is a key contributor to NetDiligence’s industry-leading cyber risk management web portal, eRiskHub®. Among other duties, Heather works with eRisk Hub-listed vendors to develop timely and topical content for the portal. She also provides direct client support to eRiskHub licensors.
Heather’s leadership, management and fundraising skills are based on legal and business experience in the public sector, arts administration and non-profit fields. Prior to joining NetDiligence in 2011, Heather held executive positions at arts and social services organizations, as well as serving as an Assistant Public Defender for the State of Maryland.
