Career Pathways Professional Development Program for Students and Young Professionals

Building on our success in 2024, Career Pathways Program, a one-day kick-off to our flagship conference in Philadelphia, will return on October 6. Career Pathways supports our industry by educating future talent and encouraging new generations to explore cyber careers.

The program is free to all attendees, and participants can also receive a free pass for the full three-day NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit, October 6-8.

For Students

The Career Pathways Program for Students is a one-day event designed to link students with companies looking for the next generation of talent. The program offers students information about the industry, skills development - including tailored resume building - and access to networking events with some of the top employers in the space.

For Young Professionals

The Career Pathways Program for Young Insurance Professionals is a one-day program geared towards individuals with one to four years of cyber insurance industry experience with either a carrier or brokerage. This track offers targeted education on core security, incident response, legal and regulatory content, plus networking events.
