Because of the fast-paced dynamic in the cyber insurance community, NetDiligence created the Cyber Claims Advisory Group to help:
The senior claims executives who agreed to serve on the advisory group have volunteered their valuable time to engage with us in a free exchange of ideas and to help us make NetDiligence’s claims-related work more relevant and impactful to the cyber insurance community overall.
Participation in this group is by invite only.
NetDiligence and the Cyber Claims Advisory group members are committed to strict compliance with federal and state antitrust laws. These laws establish the rules by which companies compete and are intended to prevent and eliminate any agreements and individual conduct that would unreasonably interfere with the operation of the marketplace. It is essential that everyone who may encounter potential antitrust issues be advised of the fundamentals of antitrust laws and of this group’s intent to comply with them fully. We do not exclude anyone from membership so long as they underwrite and/or insure cyber risk and manage cyber claims. Our discussions will not go into topics such as company or product prices for insurance nor any competitive or sensitive information.
